Go Up 3 And Go To The Right (since 3 is positive) 1 And Keep Repeating Till Your Graph Stops, then You Would Do The Same Thing But Instead Goind Down (negative). So You Would Go Down 3 from (0,9) and Left 1 and Then You Would Draw A Line Through It.
