Well, the most important aspect is sleep. Kids need about 9 hours of sleep a day. And sleep helps you get active. The other 2 are food and vitamins and minerals.
Well, overall health has a lot to do with food and water. I mean you need both to survive but the types of food you eat, and how much of food and water you ingest has a lot of influence on your health. The third one is sleep. A fourth one would be refraining from harmful activities, like smoking. The fifth one is vitamins, and the sixth one is your overall happiness (really!).
