I need help with this equation problem. Can someone pls help ? 5×-13×+2×=-70+×

Sagot :

subtract 5x-13x and that equals to -8x and add 2 to that so it is-6x.
therefore now you're left with -6x=-70+x subtract the x on the right to both sides and that gives you -7x=-70 now divide -7 to get x alone (-70/-7) and you get x=10 as your answer.
5x-13x+2x=-70+x
5x-13x+2x-x=-70
-9x=-70
x=-70/-9
