You would have to set it to like a Y=somtehing. So if i transferred 4x to the other side it would then be -3y<-4x+9. Then i would have to divide by -3. When i do this i would have to flip the sign. So then it would be y>4/3x-3 . When graphing it do the exact same thing for graphing. If your going to need to shade in a specific side then set it at zero, zero. If it doesn't work then shade away from zero. If it does then shade over zero.
