'Talent shows like the X factor provide cheap television, gossip and nothing of any value. There are better programmes than these.'
What does anyone have to say in reply to that statement? Please can I have a view from both sides of the argument...!
Thanks in advance... :)

Sagot :

They get lots of viewers which makes them lots of money. People gotta do what they gotta do to get money.
For - TV shows such as x factor employ anybody without getting to fully know them - this means anybody can audition and so, its just a waste of time watching non entertaining people making a foolery of themselves.
Against - These programmes make a fortune, they attract a lot of viewers. Everybody knows the x factor.
