how do i deal with my asian parents?

they always blame everything on my iphone and keep saying i use it too much. they also dont know how much times they've verbally/mentally abused me and my sister. its not fair and it really hurts. i tried to help them but they dont understand and they always think they know the best. its gotten to the point where im afraid of them and cant talk to them properly. i try to talk to my closest friend (she's my "therapist" lol) but they keep blocking me from them. how do i deal with this?
