Answer:

you can you a stress ball to help

Explanation:

Answer: it's all in your head!

Explanation:

i typically don't freak out when i go to get a shot, so i may not be the best one to be saying anything, but this is what i know and so i don't panic.

it's all in your head! i know this is the worst thing to say to someone who is nervous, but please don't stress about it, i promise you it's worth it. you've had shots done before, it's just the same thing every time! NOTHING bad is going to happen, it is safe and beneficial! honestly shots are a blessing.

TALK TO THE DOCTOR OR ANYONE ELSE IN THE ROOM! i just had a shot the other day, and i was talking to the nurse about shoes the entire time! i didn't didn't even remember i was getting the shot until it was over! this helps a LOT, trust me.

think about how thankful you can be for the shot! there are people in the world that die because they cannot get vaccines and medicine, so keep that in mind as well.

BREATHE. THIS IS KEY.

i hope this helps. try your absolute best to be stress and worry-free, and good luck! xoxo
