You see this is a bad thing because the Russians are communist, and in a communist society you don't have a say in the government and you have very little room to stand up for yourself. This is why we are so afraid of the Russians.
Another reason why were afraid of the communist is because they are a very pro-war society. We are anti-war we believe that peace is the answer. When someone with totally different beliefs come and takes over your country, it's a scary idea to imagine. The Russians are powerful and scary, and as a 16 year old girl, it's traumatizing.
