pls help I have a prob yesterday I was cleaning the balcony and I noticed that my parrot was weak cuz there was no water in his cage so u put him on the water bucket to drink water he tried to jump to the other side of the water bucket his tail drowned in the water but his body was not affected then he jumped again but this time his entire body was in the water then he slept too much so today I woke up for school I checked him he was still not well he tried to open his eyes but he couldn't he could only open at least 15% of his eyes and had a hard time to climb on his cage to eat and drink so before I go to the avian vet or a vet pls tell me what's gonna happen to him and whats the prob

I'm sorry that I'm not a veterinarian or anything close. but it sounds like your parrot is going through either dehydration and/or exhaustion. the vets probably just gonna take care of him or give you instructions dont be too worried.

Explanation:

the parrot seems to have been getting these problems aftee you didnt give him any water and he probably didn't have enough energy so now its probably just tired and might need some nutrients.
