To find slope we can make a table

From 2 to 0, we subtract 2 ( y section)
From 6 to 3, we subtract 3 (x section)
Now we do y/x
so...y/x = -2/-3 = 2/3 (since 2 negatives equal a positive)
Slope = 2/3
And for the y-intercept, I used the graph to help me out, and to find it, you need to see where the line intersects the y-axis which is at -2.
