Lmk if I'm wrong, but B. had a small chance, being that it isn't really exciting, but it is lively when you say it aloud. D. also has a chance because its saying the sentence in a lively voice, but it is also telling the reader that they were counted by a member of the committee. It might not sound exciting, but unlike the other option, in which A. is NOT the answer, it tells exactly what's going on, and where you most likely are, while the others do tell you where you are, but at the same time, tell you EXACTLY what's going on, in which isn't as exciting in my opinion.
