Humans in search of food ( meat ) engage in excessive/indiscriminate hunting of endangered species thereby reducing the Biodiversity of animal species present in the wildlife also excessive fishing activities affects the biodiversity of certain species of fishes in our oceans negatively.
When wastes are not properly disposed they degrade the environment and decrease the biodiversity of the ecosystems in the process. the burning of industrial wastes leads to the exposure of certain species to the negative effects of dangerous gases and liquids thereby making the ecosystems to become unbalanced.
