Sagot :
This is a great question, though my opinions may sound contradicting at times but bear with me.
I believe the idea of death penalty is immoral due to the fact we are all simply mere humans and don't have the right to end another's life. However, the accused and convicted act inexplicably hostile and certain crimes are atrocious, though statically shown, they do not seek redemption or show traits of repenting for their crimes so death would be the easy way out and the victim/s shall not get proper justice. Having said that, isolation and torture are also an invasion their human rights. Its all a bit of a predicament. There are also numerous people wrongfully convicted and the possibility they would be murdered is absurd.
In conclusion, i really just dont know as humans a re flawed and bias and can most definately make mistakes. The death penalty could be used against certain cases of horrific murder, r*ape, and things regarding children
