The reign of Napeleon was mixed he proved the fact that if you work hard you can climb the social ladder. He was a good ruler beacause of his ability to conquete the word , he was a good strategist (he also created his own money) but on the other side he also was a bad ruler , he restored the slavery. I think he promoted the ideals of the French Revolution in his way because he "broke" the social classes he allowed people to evolved in society ... But he also was a cruel dictator, espacially for colonies he prohibited mix wedding...
