context: he drove over to her house because she was sick and he pulled up outside and she went out to greet him but she didn't have shoes on.
so when she went up he picked her up and she got to hug him around the neck for the first time and he was so warm.
then when he put her down, her feet were freezing on the ground because it's winter and so he had her stand on his feet while she hugged him.
then at the end, before she was about to go inside, he just took her face in his hands and pressed his lips to her forehead.
they are just friends. really close friends who love each other.
