The media has often expressed mixed feelings on an acceptable weight for many, sometimes they have headlines that say "Big & Beautiful", then they do a whole 360° and say "Stay Thin, Stay Fit". On social media even the thinnest are ridiculed for being "fat" and obese people are ridiculed for being the way that they are. Women are expected to be thin, men expected to have 6 packs. And even the slightest indication of a white doing anything "black" such as doing cornrows or wearing hip hip clothes.
