Victoria signed a lease for an apartment. After about six months, she decided she couldn't afford the apartment anymore, so she moved back home with
her parents. Her landlord says Victoria is responsible for the rent on the apartment until the lease expires in another six months. Victoria says she
doesn't live there anymore, she shouldn't have to pay rent. Who is right-Victoria or the landlord? Defend your answer.

The landlord, a lease is a contract and Victoria is locked in to the lease and cannot leave it until after 6 months.
