Though let's say here the chips could potentially be 2.99 pair bag and 2 will just be 5.58. That 3rd bag 8.47. It's a business move that a lot of entrepreneurs and business people do to make you pay more then what your intending to. All walmart did here is cut a couple change on the deal and still made you pay more than what you wanted to do in the first place because the value of the deal seemed better.
