Unfortunately recently the town has suffered great loss, we have lost the kind soul which was [name] the town should be filled with pride and continue to carry [name] in their hearts for years to come, they put our small town on the map and they helped us grow and thrive, their beautiful [artwork/songs etc] that were about our town shown a light on what is breathtaking in our town, that may be our kind loving community or our beautiful landscapes. For the memorial of [name] I would love to see the work [records/artworks etc] of this wonderful person displayed everywhere across the town and I would love to see a statue made out of the nicest stone built in our very own local park, the park they grew up in and seemed to adore. Other ways we can celebrate the life of this person is to all come together and do a candle ceremony outside of their childhood home, we have asked their parents and they have more then accepted this idea, so every year we will come together and light a candle to celebrate the life of such an inspiring human being.
