I don't know what you mean by "appropriate models", but if you see someone getting bullied, you can try to step in and say something like "hey, stop doing that. That's not cool." or if you're not that type of person (which is totally fine, I'm not either), then immediately go and get an authority figure. Don't wait. The victim might get hurt. Go and get a teacher right then.
