why did my friend flinch when she was touched? i have noticed this on multiple occasions with different guys. i had a sleepover with her and we were sleeping on the floor next to eachother, i had to get up and use the bathroom and when i got back and was getting sittuated a brushed her arm in the process not on purpose. her whole body went into a tight ball, and her breathing got heavier after like 6 seconds she went back to normal. i am pretty worried please HELP only realistic answers please

well if she has anxiety it could be that but it also might be a normal flinch or someone could be hitting her like her dad so she is scared of guys
In reality she’s probably being abused or was abused at one point and this is her trauma responding so if you think your comfortable and she’s comfortable talk to her and if it’s really bad, tell your mom or dad and see if they could do anything because if she’s just a kid, she can’t protect herself
