This is asking for your opinion but since you asked I'll give my opinion and you can change a few things if you want before submitting it

I personally believe that "The American Dream" never really existed and was only a ploy to have more people come to America when it started to become more popular. Then as POC, white women, and queer people started to come out and speak against the government more people are starting to realize America has never been free and had never been close to being a dream. People still want to come tho because of the propaganda that is spread and is completely false. People will say America is great and you can worship and speak as you want, however they will not mention you'll be hatecrimed, dicrimanted against, and sometimes killed for your beliefs or simply the skin you wear.
