Sagot :
There are four eukaryotic kingdoms, these are animalia, plantae, protista and fungi. Different living organisms are placed under each kingdom based on similarity in their characteristics. In order to determine which animal belongs to which kingdom, scientists have to ask certain questions about the organism. For instance, they need to find out if the organism has only one cell or many cells, if can produce its food or not, if it reproduce asexually or sexually, etc. The answers to these questions will show the scientists the kingdom that the organism belongs to.
Answer and explanation;
-Scientists choose the kingdom in which a eukaryote belongs by asking questions, such as, Is this organism unicellular or multicellular, autotrophic or heterotrophic and how does the organism reproduce. They may also check the cellular structures to see whether the nucleus and organelles are membrane bound.
-Eukaryotic cells are the cells that have: a membrane-bound nucleus, numerous membrane-bound organelles (including the endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, chloroplasts, and mitochondria). This is unlike prokaryotes which lack nucleus and membrane bound organelles.
