Jousting requires multi task through the need to balance while on a horse and maintain very heavy armpit without falling. Even with this information we are disregarding the need to aim the weapon and hold the shield to protect yourself at the same Time ! :) I hope this helped if not I will ad more information but another on-site is the physical exhaustion and maintaining a strong stance through wearing heavy armor. All resulting in exhaustion still having to work hard. Please mark me brainliest ! :)
