Marcella is aware that if they deliver their speech standing too far to one
side of the stage, or standing too closely to the back wall, or standing too
closely to the audience, then their audience will have trouble focusing on
them. Marcella therefore makes the very simple, strategic decision to stand
center stage, evenly spaced between the audience and the back wall.
