The reason why is because i want my business to not only be successful but also i want my workers to work hard and work and really deserve that money. They need to be loyal and actually tell me how they feel and if they feel that i am pushing them too hard its only because i want them to be something better in their lives and i want to be a good boss not someone who just likes to demand and have them doing all my work.
