The answer is 166

First solve for the main rectangle.

7x5=35

Now double that because the opposite side is the same. 35+35=70

Next, do the rectangle that is 7 meters by 4 meters. 7x4=28. Double it again. 28+28=56

Finally we do the rectangle on the top and bottom. 5x4= 20. Double it to get 40.

Finally add all the numbers together to get  166
