i’m 98% sure the price of the tv including sales tax is 136.81.

first, you start out with 172.09. you multiply 6% by 172.09.

now that you have 10.3254, round it to 10.33.
this is the amount of sales tax that the tv has.

you’re gonna add that 10.33 to the 172.09, you’re gonna get 182.42.

now you’re left with 182.42 and 25%. you’re gonna multiply that 25% by 182.42. you’re gonna get 45.61.

since the tv is 25% off, you’re gonna subtract 45.61 from 182.42.

you’re gonna get 136.81, and that is your answer.
