This is my idea :D
Dr. (Whatever you wanna name him) lived on the top of the high hill in the village. Everyone called him mad, insane, and extremely crazy. But he didn’t mind any of that. All he cared about was his creations. He created everything- from talking dogs, to chicken sheep. But his most craziest invention yet to come: a horse that transformed into a human. “This is the best idea I have come upon!” He laughed, placing all his plans on his table. He would take radioactive chemicals and mix them with his DNA into a machine to blast on a horse to make him turn into a human. After months of working, he had finally finished. “Now, it is time to get this show on the road!” He said, taking his horse to the middle of the room, pointing the laser at its head. “And we begin!” He shouts, as the laser starts up and to touches the horse. The horse kicked up on its legs, slowly gaining more and more features of a human. When the laser ran out of energy, Dr. (again, whatever you wanna name him) stopped the laser and checked on his creation. And there he was! A human! The Doctor stared in amazement at what he was seeing. The man Infront of him looked towards the doctor, smiling. “Thank you dear Dr. (whatever u wanna name him)! Thank you so much! I am finally a free horse!” He said with glee in his voice, looking at his surroundings and feeling around his whole body. The Doctor laughed. “Why, your welcome my boy!”
