Well in my opinion, I think picture represents that all the soldiers are just joined to risk their life in order to save their territory and the mantri of that territory should be placed for those person who is really clever or smart and confident because it depend on mantri so that he or she can give king a really iconic,logic,effective etc . And at last if the king is also qualified then he can save his territory along with his mantri . So this picture is like that in my view and one more thing I love chess a lot!!
