It is ok, but it kind of isnt. So, if you take someones land you cant just expect nothing to be the outcome. EVerything you do there is a pirce, the. price for that is the war. I think you woild be able to cause a war because a small problem can lead to a big one.

No, but a large part of our history has not been fair nor right. It is appropriate to start war when it is needed per say to protect a country against someone who is wanting to take territory as a defense but in all, war is not good. Peace treaties and land leases are the way to go! The U.S. however, does not need to considering returning the land because it is history. However we need to learn from it to prevent it from happening again.
