How do I contact Brainly and also make a police report about the people that are posting the VIRUS WEBSITES????

Answer:

you can contact them by email

Step-by-step explanation:

Answer:

To be frank about it, Brainly doesn't have the greatest track record. I'm sure they are taking steps to mitigate the number of virus links and explicit content that makes it onto the front page, but this has been a problem for a long time. It really is sad, because there is a young, uninformed group of people on this site who are susceptible to falling for these scams, but Brainly hardly does anything to moderate the front page. I personally applied to become a moderator, and despite being a regular on the site plus having a solid background of answering questions, I still didn't meet their "requirements".

Additionally, I have tried to contact their customer support about unsubscribing from their marketing emails, but they continue to tell me that I have to do it manually. I unsubscribed from all marketing emails in my settings YEARS ago, but I continue to get emails from "Sarah from Brainly.com <no-replyATnotifications.brainly.com>" in my inbox. There is NO unsubscribe button included within these emails (which technically violates the CAN-SPAM act).

Frustrating.

Edit: Can we also talk about how they fake who has "found this answer helpful"? They just post generic profile pictures to add "authenticity" to the answer. See my additional screenshot.
