What happened when the colonists boycotted goods that carried British tax?

Sagot :

What happened was, when colonists boycotted, the british found some new ways to tax the American colonies. This angered the american colonists.
One new way of taxing was the, "Stamp Act of 1765" in which it required the colonists to pay for an official stamp (or seal) when they bought paper items.
