So there are many ways to round an answer. You can round to the  tens place, hundreds place, thousands place, or even ten thousands place depending on how you want to round.  If you want a more precise rounding answer, you round to the tens place so the answer would be 72,590 because numbers 5-9 in the spot to the right of the number round up the tens place.  Another answer (to the hundreds place) is 72,600 because 8 is in the tens place.  Another answer (to the thousands place) is 73,000 because 5 is in the hundreds place.  Your final way to round could be to the ten thousands place and it would be 70,000 because 2 is in the thousands place so you round down.  I hope this helps, i over simplified it and if it's confusing, just comment and i will explain it better (:
