To whom it may concern:

As i was visiting your facility for a routine check up I am a health inspector that goes around visits hospital to make sure proper protocol is being followed but sadly this time upon entering the hospital I noticed a big problem. They were some big whole rats just walking around freely as they wish I immediately ordered the hospital to closed down right away. In all my years of visiting hospitals never have i encounter any of these circumstances this is what you call irresponsible and just plain disgusting .
