Whilst l am aware that schools are always short of cash for what may be regarded as non-essentials, l would like the opportunity to discuss with you my ideas on dealing with this very important aspect of basic hygiene, cleanliness and education if it is found to be that the insanitary conditions are such which young people themselves may be partly responsible. If funds are needed for the purchase of specific items l have suggestions as to the raising of funds for these.
