So this is actually a Brainly question. I'm new to the site and still figuring out how things work. Can I answer a question that someone else has answered? Is there a case where this is not possible? I am seeing a lot of people post links to the answer and I am too wary to open them. These cannot be acceptable answers can they?

Yes you are able to answer questions, but if someone else has already answered it I don't think you are able to answer bececause I have been experiencing the same problem. And I am not sure about the links aswell.
Yes, you can answer a question someone else answered. And I would rather not go to a link they put for an answer because it can be dangerous. And not very safe.
