The rule I would change would be in baseball for a Junior Varsity game you don't just play 3-4 innings but you play 6 innings for more experience and more playing time and to learn from your mistakes.  For many reasons I think that many people who are in 8-10 grade would agree with this, People don't like going somewhere and just spending 5-20 minutes at the place they might love but about 30-anywhere into fifty minutes.
