If I remember correctly, A and C are correct. Although some people say otherwise, he came long before the New Kingdom. And though he did have statues made, they weren't only of the gods.

Ramses ll was known for making statues, but not only of the gods so d is wrong. He came BEFORE the new kingdom so b is wrong. So that leaves you with a and c as youranswers, good luck, hope this helped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
