I would choose Neither, I would give it to the person I like, and who seems to not say, pick me, pick me, because the person who is being quiet, or is anit-social, doesn't usually get things like this. He doesn't answer the questions, even if he might know. I would give my treat to a lonely person, or the person I liked.
