Did certain muscles in your body become fatigued by the end of the test? Yes, my calf muscles were becoming very tired towards the end

Did you have any pain? Yes, in my chest area it started to burn half way into the test.

Did you think that the test was too easy or too hard? neither, the test was fun and challenging.

How do you think you could perform better at the test? Better breathing techniques to help the chest pain.

How did this test make you feel, and why? It made me feel very tired and sore, I'm assuming I felt this way because I'm not use to running for long periods of times.
