I don't mind reading aloud in class but it's definitely nerve-racking. The thought of messing up a word in front of the whole class is pretty terrifying. I like to read a lot of novels, fantasy fiction, adventure fiction, and dystopian fiction. My favorite author is Jennifer A. Nielsen seeing as my favorite book "The Scourge" is written by her.

I'd say my preferred genre would have to be fantasy fiction. I've always loved reading and really got into it around 5th grade but as I've gotten older I've noticed I haven't been reading as much as I'd like to with everything that's been going on. I recently just got a new book by Victoria Aveyard called "Real Breaker" so I'm hoping to get back into it.
