The answer is - Libya and Egypt.

The Atlas Mountains are the most dominant and most recognizable highland forms of North Africa. They are spread from it's northwestern part to somewhat the middle of the northern part of the region and they are along the coast of the Mediterranean. The eastern half of the northern part of the region is not included into their range, and this includes the countries of Libya and Egypt. These mountains are formed as a result of the African tectonic plate pressing againsT the Eurasian tectonic plate.
