An object that is undergoing constant circular motion ,is it accelerating?

Sagot :

AL2006

Yes it is.  "Acceleration" does not mean "speeding up".  It means any change in
the speed or direction of motion.  For an object in circular motion, its direction is
constantly changing, so its motion is accelerated, even of its speed around the
circle is constant.
