While I do like the song and I do like the meaning of the lyrics, “Fancy” was better. And from the Feel Special album, I actually prefer “Get Loud” and “Trick It” over “Feel Special” the title is mirroring “Fancy” too much in concept for it to truly be amazing to me. Plus I’m still a bit sour that they didn’t use the teaser bells more because like with “Fancy” and the the video game-esque sound in the background, I really liked the bells.

So yeah, while it’s not a bad song, it’s not their best. If we were saying their best in terms of lyrical meaning, definitely one of their best ones. But other than that, it’s just good.
