How do I get the pictures from my old Samsung phone to put on my iPhone? The Samsung is turned off. Is there a way to transfer it to my iPhone without having to get it turned back on or help?

I would recommend you connecting the phone to your computer or laptop if you have one this will still require you to have open your phone in order to allow your computer access to the image but then you can download image and transfer it to you iPhone after using the same procedure
