My house is extremely small. I have 3 rooms in total which is the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. I live with a family of 5 which obviously means there isn’t any space. When you feel angry or sentimental, the best space is the bathroom. Well until someone knocks. As a family we went to go grocery shopping, budget being 50 dollars. We walk in and see couples fighting, children arguing about nonsense. The food is scattered all over the ground, and the workers seem to have given up. My entire family looks at each other as we walk through the grocery store as if we are looking through a museum. Each step we take we notice something new. We hear that the common topic of arguments is about money. Lack of money, not spending enough money etc… and for a second I tell myself that they have been consumed by the idea of capitalism. I realized that even though my house is small at least my family is right beside me throughout it all and I will forever be grateful.
