khan academy is the best so far.

there are simple explanations in the videos, sign up and watching is free, they even have questions you can do to practice.

there's an app on play store and app store, download is free, no in-app purchases that I know of.

there are also other subjects to learn from no matter which grade, or if u are in college, or even for help with work

Ok so fractions are very easy once you get use to it and there are many different sites & different ways to learn. here are a few strategies to help you:

Paper folding: I helps beginners & pros! it's very easy, you use a piece of paper and fold It to represent a fraction. Ex: 1/4 equals 4 different folds in the paper and 1 part colored.

Tape Diagram: Ok so this one I think is by far the EASIEST to do with fractions. You jus straw a rectangle and add however many spaces you need, and then color it in! Ex: 3/8 = a rectangle with 8 parts, color in 3 parts of the 8 and there you go!
