Germany was most successful in becoming an industrial superpower because of the leaders in charge at the time. The effective leadership set Germany up for greatness as the leaders had the ability to make plans and have the financial support to back them. This meant canals, railroads, and roads were all built and had a direct line to the manufacturing plants giving easy delivery maximizing profit and cutting travel costs. The leaders also took advantage of technological advances that would exponentially improve their profits. The leadership is the most important factor in industrial success because it directly effects all other aspects of the industry; the routes, funding, and innovations that could put them ahead of other countries.
