People can still be obese if they go to PE, it all depends if they eat properly and go to an actual gym. School gyms do not have the same sort of equipment as an ACTUAL gym.

Since PE is not everyday, it would be less effective opposed to if you set your own goals at an actual gym.

Yes, one because if kids aren't intoduced to the concept of physical movement through various activities, then they will think it's normal to not exercise and take care of their physical health.
